I want to print on all four sides. Why can I only print on the front of my palette?

We were formerly known as Beautonomy and when we first launched, we printed on different sized makeup palettes, and allowed customers to print on all four sides of all the palettes, so we understand why some of you might ask this question.

After reviewing our orders we realised a few things:

1. The 8 eye shadow palette is by far our most popular product
2. In terms of customisation, the majority of our customers value printing on the front of their palettes and choosing shade names more than the other customisation options.

Hence we have reduced our palette range so that it now currently includes the 8 Eye shadow palette. And reduced the customisation options to include printing on the front, and printing shade names beneath the eyeshadow wells only.

Whilst we do recognise that some people will be disappointed by these changes, we hope that streamlining our product range and printing options will mean that our production process is faster and of the highest quality, meaning that we can deliver a better service to our customers.
